ODP 3 delivers 3 years of Full Support followed by 1 year of Extended Life-cycle support as part of its Pulse Subscription tier. However, customers are not limited by time for running any version of ODP, even after the end of ELS.

Full Support Phase

During the Full Support Phase, fixes for Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs) will be released periodically as they become available. Other CVE advisories may also be delivered as appropriate.

If available, new or improved hardware enablement and select enhanced software functionality may be provided at the discretion of Acceldata, generally in minor releases. Hardware enablement that does not require substantial software changes may be provided independently from minor releases at Acceldata's discretion.

Minor releases are cumulative and include the contents of previously released updates. The focus during this phase is on upgrading minor versions for stack components, resolving defects, and addressing security vulnerabilities (CVEs) of various priorities (critical/high/medium/low).

Updated installation binaries and images will be provided for minor releases during the Full Support Phase.

Extended Life Phase (ELS)

For versions of distribution in the Extended Life Phase, Acceldata will provide limited ongoing technical support. No bug fixes, security fixes, hardware enablement, or root-cause analysis will be available during this phase, and support will be provided on existing installations only.

Acceldata reserves the right to terminate the ongoing support in the Extended Life Phase for a particular version of ODP at any time.
